You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
📦 Eligible Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong item was delivered
- Product is unused and in original packaging
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Change of mind after use
- Products damaged due to customer handling
💰 Refund Process
- Once return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit
- COD orders may require bank details for refund processing
🔁 Exchange Option
In case of wrong or damaged items, we may offer a replacement instead of refund depending on stock availability.

- Without proof, return requests may not be accepted
