📅 Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


📦 Eligible Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product is unused and in original packaging

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Change of mind after use
  • Products damaged due to customer handling

💰 Refund Process

  • Once return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit
  • COD orders may require bank details for refund processing

🔁 Exchange Option

In case of wrong or damaged items, we may offer a replacement instead of refund depending on stock availability.
